this is the day

I called this post " this is day", because this day is when I decide to make a blog regarding all my learnings all my learnings in our RESPRODEP class.Resprodep means, Real Estate Sales Professional Development Training Program..Its a 3 months training for real estate agents in Cebu. This will make us to be more knowledgeable and skilled in selling real estate ( http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=53323&id=200769576600319). There are 12 trainees in our batch.. We called or batch, the avalon batch or the batch 7. We are not only trained to be a real estate project consultant but also we are trained to become an investment specialist in real estate. I'm happy that I belong to this particular program. The program is created by Primary Homes  Inc. I know it can help me to learn a lot. Like what i learned this day during the training. I learned how Cebu is the best place to go for investors and foreigners. And also I learned that Wood crest Project in Guadalupe Cebu is a very place for foreigners.It's townhouse unit but its a condominium titled. Meaning, foreigners can also owned the unit regardless of their nationality.
